firstly, terrible internet service and only one wifi account for one room even two persons lived in.secondly, you have to ask the reception for breakfast voucher for the next day.

I stayed at Santika Hotel for 3 days I was really amazed that this hotel for this little amount of money . I strongly recommend it for people with limited budget. the hotel deserves more.

The bed was super comfy and the shower had mind-blowing hot water and great pressure. The spacious rooms were jaw-dropping with a fantastic lounge that is worth the money. The staff were super friendly and the Indonesian food was amazing. The gym had everything you needed for a good workout and the outdoor area with a garden and big swimming pool was just WOW. The location was good and everything was super clean. a highly recommended stay!

i really enjoy it.. the free breakfast is so yummy and delicious. the location is perfect and accessible to every shopping mall we want to go and there's always a taxi waiting for you outside.

The service rendered to us were excellence. Nice looking and design hotel building but need to touch up little bit for the rooms as it too simple. WiFi need to be upgrade as it low and poor connection. No WoW factor only ok ok and nice. Would recommend to friends and relative to stay at Santika.

Great size of rooms and beds, delicious breakfast with a variety of Indonesian and Western options, convenient location for trying street food and restaurants, many mini markets nearby for essentials, fantastic pool for both children and adults.

during my 1st night I am expecting that our room is ready upon arrival in the hotel, however because they were fully book, they placed us in a smoking area . My special request in the booking is a NON SMOKING AREA

During my Easter holiday stay, I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the friendly staff. The pool area and outdoor garden were perfect for enjoying the warm weather. the gym was adequately equipped for a good workout.

The hotel's location made it difficult to get a taxi, particularly in the evening. While there was an option to request an app taxi through the reception, as a foreigner, I was unable to download the app.
